By combining a weigh scale of your choice, an RS232 cable, an RS232-to-USB converter, and Bartender Professional software shown, you can create a computerised weigh-and-label system. The weight of your product (on the settled balance) is transferred to the computer, where Bartender can transfer the catch weight to the label. You can also set it to calculate and display the price per pack when you have set the price per Kilo.
For food labelling Bartender Professional can be linked to your product list so to fast select and merge print all the product details like ingredients, barcode, price and more. We have a template that will auto detect allergens and in your ingredients listing and bold them in line with Natasha's law as welll as calculate and print the correct expiry date for each product.
