OKI PRO models 1040 and 1050

OKI Pro label roll printers are unique in that there is no print head to wear out or get blocked. The colours are digitally imaged, the fused toner heat bonded with rollers to ordinary self-adhesive label media or card stock. The resultant print is streak free, especially good for solid colours.

The OKI Pro 1040 model is CYMK printing a wide choice of colours.

The OKI Pro 1050 adds an addition of white print capability.Printing white onto say clear labels behind printed colour makes the colours pop.Printing white onto black or other solid colour gives a greater capability.Printing white + colours onto clear label media gives new possibilities. Printing yellow over silver labels produces a metallic gold effect.

Roll to sheets rotary cutter 

The OKI Pro is fitted with a strong rotary cutter able to separate printed labels into individual sticker sheets or to cut up printed card into various length pieces to be used as tickets, inserts and more.

Rewinder Option

The self-powered printed roll rewinder is a useful option to rewind printed labels back onto a roll for immediate use.Printed rolls transferred to a label dispenser or labels applicator machine will speed up packaging operations.

Waste stripping option

For printing labels full colour to the edges, we manufacture labels to size and shape face cut into continuous rolls with the waste border left on. This allows for colour printing over the edges into the waste border (full bleed). The waste stripping option then automatically removes the waste as you print your full colour labels.

It makes for simple alignment of the label design to the face cut labels not having to align the image so accurately as well as ensuring no unfused toner ink is allowed to go off the edges.

Mini 220 Digital cutting any shape or size

By printing label images onto low cost plain roll then passing the printed roll to one of our Mini Digi ® digital finishers, the finisher will use the cut line in the artwork to cut out the labels any shape or size. A waste stripper and automated roll rewinder are included allowing hands free winding of the finished cut labels to a neat roll. Included are adjustable position slitter knives to make several rolls in one pass if small size labels. Also included is a lamination station able to apply a matt, gloss or other finished protective laminate when extreme chemical, water resistance, or scratch proof durability is required. The Mini 220 cuts at speeds up to 800mm per second.  Label lengths up to 254mm and a 200mm diameter roll.

Connect any Epson C6000, C6500Ae, C7500 or C7500G colour roll printer in line with a Mini finisher using the optional ACU01 accumulator. Send the print job to the label printer printing onto low-cost plain roll. Send the cut line to the Mini finisher. The Accumulator keeps the printer and finisher in step. You go from plain roll to finished printed full bleed cut, wound, stripped and optionally laminated finished labels on rolls in one pass.  The printer and finisher are desktop mountable, or the purpose-built tables added to complete the system.
