If you do want to print full bleed labels we supply labels cut to size but with a waste border left on. You can print the design over the edges into the border. Works well as a low-cost method if the user is going to pop the labels out and hand apply them. Keeps it so simple to use even for round or shaped labels.  Note 2) printing full colour bleed waste on. If you want to print labels with full bleed and you or the user wants to auto apply the labels, then we make the labels with all the waste on and the shapes cut into the roll face and a black registration marks to the rear. The black marks enable you to register the design on each label again so easily. The waste border catches the spare ink without it going off the edge of the label and upsetting the printer. The labels can be rewound using the optional stripper winder, so that the waste is removed as you rewind the finished label roll.
