 For one or two labels per container the STS808 is a new semi-automatic label applicator making it fast and easy to apply pressure-sensitive labels to bottles, cans, jars, vials, tubes, tins and many other cylindrical containers. Up to 1200 containers per hour is possible. Labels are applied under tension and straight, without wrinkles or folds. This gives finished products a highly professional look and significantly increases the number of containers that can be labelled per hour versus manually applying labels.
The new Ultrasonic label gap sensor is able to more reliably detect the label gap handling those clear and extra thin labels not previously possible.
Operation is simple: set the guides, place the container in the mechanism, press the foot switch or panel start button and the label is applied. A wide range of products can be labelled, including wine, water, beer, spirits and other beverages, sauces, nutraceuticals, vitamins, cosmetics, bath and spa products, spices, specialty foods, health and beauty care, oils, lotions, fragrances, chemicals, paint and much more. There is a free App to help calculate the settings and spacings of the label(s) depending on label size and bottle diameter.
The STS808 is an advanced model that includes front or front and back as well as wrap labelling with variable spacing, and an electronic counter to show how many product have been labelled. The STS808 label applicators are ideal for use with the any of our colour label printers and a printed label roll rewinder so you print, rewind and apply your own labels fast and efficiently.
